Because a company’s technology requirements can vary based on size, turnover and global reach, WhichPLM is defining which suppliers are better suited, in terms of processes covered, architecture, scalability, functionality, implementation and support services, to provide PLM solutions to Enterprise size companies and SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) companies. For example, a large global retailer, brand or supplier will typically require a higher level of functionality & technical capability and a broader support base from a PLM Solution than a smaller company.

Instead of being represented and compared in the same grouping, WhichPLM will now define and divide PLM solution suppliers into two new sections: solutions for Enterprise size companies and solutions for SMEs (small to medium enterprise).
